    • I very much so enjoy what I do and the programme which I am enrolled on. However, It is difficult managing a work life balance as I have both work and university requirement.

    • Very well organised.

    • I am able to receive help from my employer. For instance, If I need to dedicate time to university I am able to put this forward.

    • There are support sessions available I am encouraged to speak up if support is needed. I have a mentor who I am able to speak to if their are any concerns.

    • The training provider provides me with the background knowledge of task I perform in the workplace.
