I work with customers to help them to find work, review their work search, signpost, refer to provisions and coach them.
Through the apprenticeship, I have learnt many new skills and developed my understanding and learning of existing ones.
The apprenticeship with this provider has been excellent. The level of enthusiasm and passion from my tutor has helped me during this journey.
