I prospect to businesses about how our solutions can help them. I also qualify out inbound leads from businesses who have enquired about our solutions and I am able to understand their need and find a solution for them.
Yes, I was in a months training when I first joined the role to ensure that I knew all I needed before hitting the phones and starting the job fully. There is constant updates of training provided by Experian and I feel comfortable that I can ask for extra support and development if I needed it.
I really enjoy the programme I am doing and find so much joy in coming to work every day because of it. It is challenging and allows me to learn and solve issues that I wouldn't otherwise whilst still achievable and rewarding.
The early careers team at Experian are great and always have events and workshops going on for us to join together as a cohort as well as individuals too. It aids my development and supports me massively with development as well as giving me an opportunity to ask for help and support from the team.
There is constant support from my line manager, the early careers team and also my colleagues around me that are not on a programme. the other cohorts of apprentices who are a further into the programme also offer support and mentoring.
They set up regular calls with us to catch up on how we are getting on with the course as well as offering extra support through their services like learning enhancement teams that are happy to jump on extra calls to support you.
The work I do in my qualification usually relates to the work that I am doing in my role and the skills I need to complete in my role. I am aware that some of things we have covered in my qualification has not yet been relevant to what I do in my daily role; however, as I progress in my career I can see how it will be relevant and necessary.
Yes there are lots pf s[ports teams and groups! I am a part of the Women in business group within the business!
