Developed existing skills and secured 3 promotions since being on the course
It can sometimes become hard to handle with the workload I already have at work, so can get stressful at times and coming up to the EPA now, so getting anxious about that
Could be better, organisation has been questioned with QA on several occasions by different members of my cohort and I have had many tutors during the time I have been on the course, they do not seem to stick around for long and don't seem to hand over progress
My employer are great, they help me find time to complete my work and give me any opportunity and support I need to get the experience I need.
Not as much, I had monthly reviews but at some points seemed to be a different tutor every time, no handover from previous tutor meant it was like starting from scratch everytime.
Absolutely has taught me a lot, and opened up opportunities for me to grow within my role.
Professional networking events, I have also just completed women in leadership through work which helped develop networking skills
