A number of skills i have learnt include, self awarness when coaching in order to adapt and connect, how to structure a coaching conversation and the tools and models available.
The programme has been great in helping support not just the learning of the qualification but supported my adhd and learning how to work with it in a different way
It been well structured and organised in a helpful way for me and the way i work
They have been amazing in helping me to manage both work and an apprenticeship
The have helped move me along the programme and the understanding of what is required
