Site Setting out, Permit creating and issuing, ITPs, Inspections, Material Approvals, Cat and Genny Scanning, Carrying out site inductions, going through drawings and creating technical queries, Taking site pictures of progression / issues,
Throughout my apprenticeship all my skills I have learnt are new. However during the last 6 months is where I have now learnt more of the skills I now have.
I enjoy my daily tasks, and the interactions with the site team which makes it a more enjoyable experience for myself.
The programme is structured great.

I don't believe that it helps me at all to complete my job role.

The people who work at Balfour Beatty make it a good working environment which really helps to push through hard days and I can always count on someone to help motivate the team. Everyone is treated as a Team which makes it more comfortable and appealing to work here.
