I love my job! I get up early to get the team set up for the day, answering calls/emails/secure messages, working on opening accounts and keeping customers happy
I have learned so much since being here, they start us off on the very beginning of the customers journey on opening accounts and doing anti money laundering checks and from here we learn how to service and maintain the accounts
It’s been the best place I have ever worked for, they help you reach whatever goal you want to reach
From start to finish it has been so well put together
I only have to ask for help with something and I get it, everyone is so helpful
Whatever anyone needs they get it, they only have to ask
It helps not only in this job but if you wanted to move your skills elsewhere
I work from home but I know we do a lot with the ymca and have been going as a team to help with their garden amongst a multitude of other things
Yes
It’s the best place I have ever worked for, I know this is the job I will retire doing and even then they may have to kick me out the door as I won’t want to leave
Just go for it, it will be the best decision you will ever make, it may be a struggle at the beginning with learning all new things but you will get there and be so happy you did!
