  • 3. To what extent do you enjoy your programme?
  • Its been difficult to juggle alongside day to day role, but has been pivotal in making me be more successful in doing my role. I think sometime due to the provider being external, being able to overlay examples from the theory to the day to day has been difficult for the provider.

  • 4. How well organised/structured is your programme?
  • Well organised and structured, however at the beginning of the apprenticeship we were given a choice to conduct the apprenticeships in different ways - learn up front and do coursework afterwards, learn as you go spacing out modules etc, I think the recommended way should be that this is conducted upfront ahead of the coursework/project.
