  • 3. To what extent do you enjoy your programme?
  • I enjoy my programme at Pareto, it is good supplementary learning to what I get on the job, all the education providers and coaches are really kind and helpful.

  • 4. How well organised/structured is your programme?
  • Well organised as a programme itself, although could be better aligned between the rotations we do in the workplace and the assignments we have to complete with our training provider.

  • Lots of support provided, continual check ups, reviews and updates to review my progress

  • 6. How much support do you receive from your training provider when working towards your qualifications?
  • Lots of support, both our coach and training provider are very helpful and supportive, if there are any queries they respond quickly and are flexible to our requirements.

  • 7. How well do you feel that your qualification (through your training provider) helps you to perform better in your role?
  • It has equipped me with some good frameworks and approaches to key role requirements like stakeholder management, time management and presenting.

  • 8. Are there extra-curricular activities to get involved in at your work? (For example, any social activities, sports teams, or even professional networking events.)
  • There are a few groups like run club, spin club, women in sales group and book club, who meet up regularly. I am part of book club which I enjoy.

  • 9a. Would you recommend Computacenter to a friend?
  • Yes


  • 9b. Why?
  • Extremely supportive environment, a challenging programme but well regarded and provisioned. Many senior members of the leadership team are highly invested in it and that reflects in the time and support that we get from them.


  • 10. What tips or advice would you give to others applying to Computacenter?
  • Be open, friendly and personable. Have a passion for tech or at least something in technology and have a passion for forming and maintaining relationships - getting to know your customer inside out will be the key to your success.
