Creating and maintaining relationships with large financial services customers, servicing their IT needs and helping them achieve their business objectives through technology.
Presenting, pitching, customer engagement, stakeholder management, time management, networking
I enjoy my programme at Pareto, it is good supplementary learning to what I get on the job, all the education providers and coaches are really kind and helpful.
Well organised as a programme itself, although could be better aligned between the rotations we do in the workplace and the assignments we have to complete with our training provider.
Lots of support provided, continual check ups, reviews and updates to review my progress
Lots of support, both our coach and training provider are very helpful and supportive, if there are any queries they respond quickly and are flexible to our requirements.
It has equipped me with some good frameworks and approaches to key role requirements like stakeholder management, time management and presenting.
There are a few groups like run club, spin club, women in sales group and book club, who meet up regularly. I am part of book club which I enjoy.
Yes
Extremely supportive environment, a challenging programme but well regarded and provisioned. Many senior members of the leadership team are highly invested in it and that reflects in the time and support that we get from them.
Be open, friendly and personable. Have a passion for tech or at least something in technology and have a passion for forming and maintaining relationships - getting to know your customer inside out will be the key to your success.
