I help and assist with risk assessments, SOP, safety check's and training. This also involves completing audits and inspections. I deliver training and present to different audiences different information.
I have learnt many skills, but mainly confidence and communication. I have to do a lot of presenting and also have to challenge individuals not following site procedures ( challenge using the iosh code of conduct). My it skills have also improved as i am using different systems of software and technology
I enjoy the challenges and the difficult areas aswell as enjoying the triumphs.
With it being online there has been some struggles with shift pattern and putting time aside to focus on my college work.
