  • 1. Please give an overview of your role and what this involves on a day-to-day basis:
  • As a Degree Apprentice working as an Applications consultant, I work on a range of activities, ranging from technical work in SAP, Operational work for my client or coursework towards my degree in IT Consulting, so I get lots of exposure and have a massive range of work. Examples of tasks are maintaining my clients systems, working on incidents or managing incidents on the operational side. I regularly communicate with a whole range of different engineers, Service Delivery managers and our clients themselves.
