  • I enjoy the interactions with different colleagues as in store and apprenticeship. Good to see how people are developing as well as myself and compare. Overall, knowing the progression helps to enjoy this more.

  • I find Lidl to be a good working environment and Lidl are good at the little things of recognition which makes me feel valued, so I feel I would recommend a friend to give Lidl a try.

  • Go into it with an open mind, be ready to work fast, and be ready for early mornings.
