I support my team in their day to day activities as part of providing support for the CyberArk application.
I have learnt many technical skills along the way, this includes understanding various functionalities of the IT infrastructure we support.
I enjoyed the programme a lot as it gave me the opportunity to build on my technical skills which is something I was always interested in.
My programme was fairly organised, at the beginning my progress was slow but then it picked up later on as I started to get more involved in the team.
I received a lot of support from my employer in terms of attending all of my scheduled training courses as well as support when completing my projects that were part of my apprenticeship.
My training provider was very supportive and encouraging and I felt very comfortable reaching out to my learning mentor if I ever needed to.
My qualification significantly helped in building the skills I needed to complete my role. Perhaps if there were more technical qualifications to complete, it would further challenge apprentices.
I volunteer for the future talent team in my organisation, this includes being part of outreach event which highlight the apprenticeship opportunities available in my organisation.
