  • I support my team in their day to day activities as part of providing support for the CyberArk application.

  • I have learnt many technical skills along the way, this includes understanding various functionalities of the IT infrastructure we support.

  • I enjoyed the programme a lot as it gave me the opportunity to build on my technical skills which is something I was always interested in.

  • 4. How well organised/structured is your programme?
  • My programme was fairly organised, at the beginning my progress was slow but then it picked up later on as I started to get more involved in the team.

  • 5. How much support do you receive from your employer?
  • I received a lot of support from my employer in terms of attending all of my scheduled training courses as well as support when completing my projects that were part of my apprenticeship.

  • 6. How much support do you receive from your training provider when working towards your qualifications?
  • My training provider was very supportive and encouraging and I felt very comfortable reaching out to my learning mentor if I ever needed to.

  • 7. How well do you feel that your qualification (through your training provider) helps you to perform better in your role?
  • My qualification significantly helped in building the skills I needed to complete my role. Perhaps if there were more technical qualifications to complete, it would further challenge apprentices.

  • I volunteer for the future talent team in my organisation, this includes being part of outreach event which highlight the apprenticeship opportunities available in my organisation.
