Head of training and apprenticeships at site level. Oversee and plan for site training; compliance and mandatory. Development plans in line with succession planning. Management of apprenticeships through recruitment, enrolment and stakeholder reviews.
Influencing stakeholders to overcome barriers and changing culture in learning.
Lots of theory and holistic considerations that could be embedded. Honesty in the challenges we face with realistic approaches to resolve at culture level.
