  • Head of training and apprenticeships at site level. Oversee and plan for site training; compliance and mandatory. Development plans in line with succession planning. Management of apprenticeships through recruitment, enrolment and stakeholder reviews.

  • Lots of theory and holistic considerations that could be embedded. Honesty in the challenges we face with realistic approaches to resolve at culture level.
