I train employees within DWP. This can be virtual and face-to-face
I have been learning about managing people, time and coaching
It's a good programme, there are parts that could be improved
It's fairly well organised, I know what is expected of me but it could be improved
I have a lot of support from my employer
I am left to it really. There is not a lot of communication and guidance
I feel that my qualification is helping me within my role due to the amount of work that I put in and not necessarily from the tutors
There are some organised at my local office but they do not fit in with my working pattern
Yes
DWP is a great place to work, very supportive and offers lots of developmental opportunities. It is a flexible way of working and the team are great to work with
Make sure that you follow the success profiles within your application and don't give up with applying if you're not successful the first time
