I thoroughly enjoy my program, the best feature of it is that it is rotational so I get to experience three different roles within my apprenticeship.
Very well organised, has quarterly catch up calls for each cohort and early careers are always available to support.
My line manager is very supportive of my development both professionally and personally. The early career leads also support this development and communications with the university.
Continous communications, lectures and updates.
It has helped me to apply the scenarios in my every day role which has helped me to understand the theory behind the working principles.
I am in the future careers network which helps the development of apprentices, industrial placement students, and graduates and also runs the networking/ social events
