I enjoy my programme as it is based on construction projects which gives awareness into the traditional role while applying it to my own role which isn't project based.
Structured well and work through assignments within the college day with further support from the lecturers.
I receive a lot of support, regular 1-1's, catch ups when needed and organised shadowing for assignments.
Training provider sets regular meetings to review objectives, any support from provider when needed and support when in sessions.
It helps me relate to the traditional route and understand construction as a whole rather than focusing solely on my job role which helps with further development within the industry.
