On my current rotation I now deal with the web side of the company. -> build webinar pages -> build guides -> collect and report data -> incorporating html in some tasks
I've developed my presentation skills and oral communication style. With plenty opportunities I've been able to consistently deliver some form of a presentation or be a part of an event which id helping me refine this skill.
It's a great programme. We have a whole 'Early Careers' Team dedicated to us for the first 2 years we're there and they're great in helping you settle into the corporate world, support and development.
Very well organised. They mapped out what we would cover in the two years at the beginning of the programme. Alongside giving us regular reminders of what is upcoming in the future.
The support I've been given has been fantastic! From balancing University alongside work or just questions in regards to being in a corporate environment. They also have a weekly check in day for us to speak to someone with any questions we have.
They have given me the tools needed for when I need help. Also have a mentor who checks in around every 12 weeks.
It has helped me take in concepts and see the correlation to some tasks I do in my role. Certain modules has aligned with my role really well and has led to discussions with my manager.
There are plenty! I'm a co-lead in the leadership team at Black Professionals. It's been great to get involved in events and meet new people and try to harness a different part of my skillset.

It's a great work environment. Built on trust and communication settling in is great. I like their work ethic and genuine care for their employees.
Be authentic in your application. If you're looking to do a degree apprenticeship I would recommend applying with a copy letter accompanying your CV. Smile!
