Very well- we are given a day off work a week as a study day to help maintain and work/study balance
Alot, i have regular 1-2-1s with my line manager and manager
Alot- i have monthly/frequent calls with my tutor to help with any concerns
I relate alot of what i learn to my role and vice versa- it helps me understand why i am doing what i am doing at work
We have work socials every now and then and most weeks there is the option to go out for a social drink after work one day
