Finance apprentice Review

Develops, implements and maintains the financial plans and policies of the organisation. Day to day I currently run reports, shadow colleagues while i learn the processes and contribute to end of month tasks

yes, ive learnt lots of new skills within the finance industry such as how to operate the site specific systems, broaden my knowledge of excel and how to work more effectively in a team

I'm thoroughly enjoying my programme in every aspect, from the shadowing and learning to getting the opportunity to talk to new people and gain more experiences.

Very structured, i have a set schedule/timetable for my apprenticeship study and college days and set out meeting with my manager to discuss plans for the week and my up and coming tasks/goals

A lot of support from my employer with veery part of my job

Lots, down to college lessons to textbooks and extra resources

Much better due to the fact everything in my apprenticeship is directly related to my job, it helps me advance my skills and knowledge every day from processes to system usage
