  • Supporting the CRM team with tasks such as creating push notifications, emails and in-app messaging. Analysing industry strategies, assisting with campaigns, and understanding audience behaviour and industry trends to improve CRM effectiveness.

  • Learnt new skills e.g. using the platform Braze - understanding how this is used effectively, developing existing presentation and communication skills through setting up internal meetings with different teams understanding their roles & how we might collaborate. Developing organisational and time management skills through managing tasks.

  • A large extent - an inclusive and collaborative environment where you're always encouraged to get involved and ask questions, there is lots of support so never feel stuck or lost for help.

  • Work environment is extremely collaborative, they always encourage you to get involved, explore different teams and roles as well as be apart of events and social activities. Great space to learn and very supportive environment


  • 10. What tips or advice would you give to others applying to Channel 4?
  • Be yourself & don't be afraid to take notes and ask questions in interviews !! Make sure you have read the job description thoroughly and know what is expected of you!!
