I work as the data analyst in the value channels in the customer development team. On a day to day I work to summarise data and make reports for the team, I also create programmes that assist the team with their daily day to day tasks.
Working at Unilever I have been able to greatly develop my Excel skills, starting I knew very little about the capabilities of Excel and now I am able to do Xlookup and use VBA. I have also developed my skills with Power Bi, a tool that I did not know much about prior to starting
I greatly enjoy my apprenticeship, the teams are welcoming and are eager to assist you in the journey. I have not once felt like I was disturbing someone when asking question nor have I ever felt like I have been left alone not know what to do
It is well structured as whatever role you may be in, you are able to reach out across the business and try your hand in other areas that may suite you better
I have received plenty of support
I have received some support but it has at times not been the clearest
I feel it is supportive in bridging gaps in my knowledge but I often find that I have learnt what I am being taught through my role
There is an abundance of extra-curricular activities. Plus if there something you want to do yourself it is very to start something
