I am a Level 4 data analyst at Unilever working under the Global Rewards People Experience (GRPEX) team. My role involves analysing and generating visuals of various datasets containing information regarding the salaries, bonuses, merit and share schemes of the employees at Unilever.
Yes, I have developed a lot of analytical and communication skills. I have also improved upon my team working skills.
I enjoy it a lot because there is a really good balance of working and learning. I am guided not only by my line manager but also my colleagues who are very patient with me and are a huge contributor to the successful completion of my tasks.
I would say it is quite organised. Sometimes I may fall behind in my apprenticeship tasks, but I am always able to catch up due to the flexibility offered at my company.
I receive a lot of support. The company is very flexible and it suits my working style.
A lot. I am able to tell my line manager when I have my apprenticeship related tasks to complete and attend to, and I am always given time to complete them.
I feel that it helps me to learn a lot of useful skills that allows me to contribute to my role.
Yes, there are many social activities. I am part of the book club that the company has.
