I enjoy learning new things, however they are not always directly applicable to what I am doing in my job.
1 module per month. module roadmap given early on in course. Coursework/assignments due regularly throughout the course, usually at end of module.
line manager and department very flexible with work and study, allow one full study day a week of protected time for working on apprenticeship. Lenient with me if I am behind or have a lot of study work to catch up on.
4 live virtual workshop sessions per module (with whole cohort), as well as monthly calls with a group coach. Option to book 1-to-1 tutoring sessions with coach if struggling

There are some sports teams such as football or padel. You can be a part of development teams which are extra and separate to your day job. Occasionally will be wider professional events that allow networking
