  • Yes every training webinar or cohort we attend is full of new skills and how to develop your own skills to transition into day to day operations to help and improve the business.

  • Highly satisfied with the course it’s both engaging and challenging and giving me to tools to success in my personal life and professionally, allow me to continuously improve.

  • Very highly structured and is tailored to cover a wide range of professions which you can then collaborate to your own person working life.

  • 5. How much support do you receive from your employer?
  • I’ve received a lot of support from my employer with regular arranged meetings and working on my PDP. There is always someone available to help whether it’s during working hours or making time personally for me outside of this. These can be from a quick chat or to helping with hands on support and help.

  • 6. How much support do you receive from your training provider when working towards your qualifications?
  • Lifetime have been great and my coach and trainer are very experienced and friendly, approachable and keen to give you as much understanding as possible.

  • 7. How well do you feel that your qualification (through your training provider) helps you to perform better in your role?
  • It’s been a real eye opener, challenging you personally and giving you differing ways of working and new techniques to adapt/help aid improvement in working with others and my general day to day working. Also giving us time to reflect upon things and improve.

  • 8. Are there extra-curricular activities to get involved in at your work? (For example, any social activities, sports teams, or even professional networking events.)
  • They are many differing groups you can join covering all aspects, these are very diverse and all including to suit all.

  • Fantastic employer, putting its employees first and also investing in their futures to benefit its workers to be the next future leaders within the company. Staff feel empowered and part of the family.
