Working on a client project from home as well as keeping up with university assignments
Time management Professionalism
Extremely happy with my program. I get all the support i need and feel a lot more welcomed than i was expecting to be
Very well structured, don't think it could be structured any better. There is a 10 week bootcamp on university campus and after that, it is university from home as well as work from home.
A lot more support than I was expecting. If i have any issues whether its with university, work or personal life, i always feel accommodated by Capgemini
The training provider is okay, not the best. they support if you need it, but very minimal. they have things in place but don't support you and make the effort as much compared to capgemini
definitely feel that it helps. the projects we are given in university help us to think very abstractly, especially the programming module which i feel helps with the work we are given at the company
there are social events that take place, but not too often. there are barely any sports teams but quite a few professional working events
Yes
Everything about how they operate and make sure that you are getting the support you need is perfect and i personally feel i couldn't ask for more. they make sure that even if the training provider isn't helping you succeed, they will help you themselves
Do a lot of research about the company when applying and mention as much as you can about them during interviews. Check out the awards they have won, things they are currently working on (AI, projects etc.)
