It is enjoyable so far, it would be great to feel a little bit more pushed but i understand that it have to be art a level for different backgrounds

A huge amount of support has come from my employer, not just from my line manager. Th future talent team have been great so far and the team and wider group i have been working with have been incredibly helpful and supportive.
