I do really enjoy my programme through doing work that is challenging and helps me learn something new every day. As the programme has progressed, I am picking up more tasks and responsibilities daily which is helping to develop my learning.
My programme is very well structured on the business side of things as I am constantly supported by my colleagues and am always provided any training and advice I might need with my work.
My employer gives me a lot of support always offering me any advice and training modules that I feel I would like to complete. they also help me go through any legal topics to help enhance my understanding and always look out for pieces of work I can do.
My training provider has given me an adequate amount of support for working towards my qualifications. There is a lot of resources they are very good at providing such as assessment resources however, when it comes to coursework and having someone to speak to, their help is very limited.
It helps me understand legal context better, how to draft emails and messages in a professional way and can sometimes help me enhance my legal knowledge when I am completing a module that links with my work that I carry out for my business.
There are a lot of different extra-curricular activities to get involved in at my workplace, such as networking events, and a variety of clubs with a diverse range of topics in them.
