I have learnt lots about pensions and processes and developed my communication skills
At the start i really enjoyed the apprenticeship but now they have made changes in the bristol office (test and learn) its very stressfull day to day- there is too much workload for our team and not enough people to complete it- plus there are 6 apprentices on team which means time is lost every week due to the completion of apprentice work
its well structured however i think the grading system should be looked at
