    • I've developed so many new skills and increased my knowledge of L&D throughout my apprenticeship

    • It gives me the opportunity to develop myself and my career whilst gaining a qualification

    • I get to do independent learning which means it is fully flexible and can fit in amongst my schedule, whilst also getting to participate in group learning sessions, allowing me to learn with and from my peers

    • The AA have been massively supportive of me throughout my apprenticeship, giving me both the time and opportunities I need to make the most out of my programme

    • My skills coach is always on hand to provide support and the provider offers support with other life and career skills outside of my qualification

    • This qualification has equipped me with the skills and knowledge I need to thrive in my role. but it has also increased my confidence in my own abilities

    • We have networking events in our function and within the wider business
