The apprenticeship has developed my confidence and mummification skills
I enjoy it because it gives me an opportunities to explore different job roles within The business
it is very organised because they give us 1 day a week to do our training
We receive a huge amount of support for the job role and he apprenticeship. If we ever need help there is always someone who can help us.
If we ever need help i can always email her a=for nay advice and we get months visits so catch up and the months work and how we are finding it
The training helps improve my customer skills and how i should be speaking and treating a customer.

It is a great company to help build your confidence, communication skills ,life skills and if has so many opportunities to better your self.
Patience is an important thing to have when on the phones because you will get the angry customer and you must also be willing to progress
