  • it is very organised because they give us 1 day a week to do our training

  • We receive a huge amount of support for the job role and he apprenticeship. If we ever need help there is always someone who can help us.

  • If we ever need help i can always email her a=for nay advice and we get months visits so catch up and the months work and how we are finding it

  • The training helps improve my customer skills and how i should be speaking and treating a customer.

  • Patience is an important thing to have when on the phones because you will get the angry customer and you must also be willing to progress
