I improve processes and look for ways to streamline and automate

Good support, i speak with my manager at least monthly and am given time and resources to help me with my course projects.

Yes, i am part of the Ability Network which looks at ways to improve and drive diversity and inclusion for disabled colleagues such as initiatives and projects to improve engagement and knowledge across the business

They have a good culture that pushes importance of moving ahead and progressing and improving. The benefits are good and personally i enjoy the team i work with and the work that i do.
Ensure the team and culture are the right fit for you and the hours and work pattern suit your needs. Having some level of passion or interest in the role will allow you to enjoy the other aspects of work and take opportunities to develop your skills, but you do need to drive this and not expect it to happen by being passive.
