  • Fantastic delivery from across the company with the virtual teaching. The content is engaging and the presenters are consistently very entertaining.

  • I've learnt the foundations to numerous actuarial techniques in the pensions industry, alongside a learning path in the valuations process, complimented by business foundations.

  • Greatly, I've managed to develop relationships with people even in a virtual environment. Coming from someone who did the majority of their A-levels in lockdown, I've thoroughly enjoyed this experience thusfar.

  • Very well organised, there's a fantastic team in charge of organising all the content and when it's delivered.

  • A lot! There's a whole line of training scheduled to walk you through the foundations of the business giving you an idea of what lies ahead too.

  • Yes, constant, with the first two days of the apprenticeship being in-person training days with everyone in the same cohort (across the business and within your line of industry).

  • It's a great company with a great clientele, they have a refreshing outlook on work-life balance and are clearly invested in fostering the talent that comes into the company.
