Fantastic delivery from across the company with the virtual teaching. The content is engaging and the presenters are consistently very entertaining.
I've learnt the foundations to numerous actuarial techniques in the pensions industry, alongside a learning path in the valuations process, complimented by business foundations.
Greatly, I've managed to develop relationships with people even in a virtual environment. Coming from someone who did the majority of their A-levels in lockdown, I've thoroughly enjoyed this experience thusfar.
Very well organised, there's a fantastic team in charge of organising all the content and when it's delivered.
A lot! There's a whole line of training scheduled to walk you through the foundations of the business giving you an idea of what lies ahead too.

Paid - as part of a graduate role at the company.
Yes, constant, with the first two days of the apprenticeship being in-person training days with everyone in the same cohort (across the business and within your line of industry).
Yes
It's a great company with a great clientele, they have a refreshing outlook on work-life balance and are clearly invested in fostering the talent that comes into the company.
Be authentic and be eager to learn, as there's a lot to learn here!
