  • 4. How well organised/structured is your programme?
  • I find that my programme is structured perfectly! from the beginning of the course, we had an organised training period, where we learnt about the applications we will be using. Once this was over, we knew exactly when we would be moving into role. From this, I have been able to reach out to my manager as frequently as I liked, to ask of my learning outcome for the week. In addition to this, we also have monthly 1-2-1 sessions, ensuring my development is on track.

  • 8. Are there extra-curricular activities to get involved in at your work? (For example, any social activities, sports teams, or even professional networking events.)
  • I have been provided many opportunities to get involved in extra curricular activities. One that particularly stands out to me is working with BEE mentoring. This involves volunteering in a local secondary school, where I am able to act as a mentor to a child.
