In my day to day role i place orders and creates quotes for the teams i work in, i also work with the vendors and distributers who come into the office to teach us about there products and how we can benefit each other
I have gained skills in communication, organization, presenting, confidence and time management
I enjoy the program quite a lot i have met many new people have a great manager and the people are work with are extremely supportive.
the program is very well structured and you are able to focus on different skills and develop them at your own pace. They also prepare everything in advance before you start.
We receive a lot of support from our employer and they are very flexible and help wherever they can or where is needed. They also are very inclusive with disabilities and make sure any adjustments needed are met
I would say a lot as well as they also make reasonable adjustments when needed and will also call to make sure that you are able to do the work and will change deadlines and check your able to complete the work
I think it helps you gain a deeper understanding of what you are working towards and what you need to do to be able to get there. It also helps you dive deeper into the impact that your role has on the company and why everyone is key for the success
There is outreach events where you go to schools and present about your companies also universities. They also are partnered with a mentoring program when you go into schools and mentor a year 10 student.
Yes
Because its very friendly but driven work environment where everyone helps each other and the program allows you to learn the fundamentals of being in a professional work environment
