  • 2. Have you learnt any new skills or developed existing skills?

  • 3. To what extent do you enjoy your programme?
  • I have enjoyed working with Barnett Waddingham and The Growth Company for the majority of the apprenticeship, however toward the end of the course, everything has felt unorganised and stressful making the apprenticeship feel unenjoyable for me at times.

  • 4. How well organised/structured is your programme?

    5/10

  • 8. Are there extra-curricular activities to get involved in at your work? (For example, any social activities, sports teams, or even professional networking events.)

  • 9a. Would you recommend Barnett Waddingham to a friend?
  • No

  • 9b. Why?
  • At the moment, Barnett Waddingham are going through a lot of changes, and it is impossible to know whether the impact of these changes are positive or negative. I feel as though for any new joiners, there will be a difficult learning curve and an incredibly stressful environment.

  • 10. What tips or advice would you give to others applying to Barnett Waddingham?
  • Ensure that you are organised and are making detailed notes on anything that you are confused on, since everything will come up more than once and it is incredibly difficult to retain the knowledge on all the necessary information for all the different schemes
