Transforming our HR Core & Payroll system to a new software provider. I am leading the absence module workstream to ensure the absence module is configured to meet M&B requirements and legislation.
SO many. My KSBs have gone from 2-3's to 7-8's in the time I have been doing my apprenticeship. I have been working on my stakeholder management skills due to my new role.
I really enjoy, meeting new people, researching interesting topics, helping me develop personally and a great qualification at the end of it all.
Very organized and well structured.
