  • The interaction with others and the safe environment to discuss theories and activities to support me, my team and in direct team members

  • Very - all mapped out, but flexible where needed

  • Line manager was great, supported where needed and allowed the time to complete.

  • Milestones set and reviews took place, sometimes at the right time to support the projects and actions needed

  • 7. How well do you feel that your qualification (through your training provider) helps you to perform better in your role?
  • I feel i have more confidence with how i can use different approaches and actions to support the teams, with the ability to test and review also - has helped with some recent project management too

  • 8. Are there extra-curricular activities to get involved in at your work? (For example, any social activities, sports teams, or even professional networking events.)
  • As a company, we do a lot! but the additional focus and recognition the apprentices and people on program had was great. having events to recognize success is a great touch too!

  • Yes

  • With 20 years service, i have enjoyed every minute! Sure other do and will if they start!
