Yes - more evolving the current skills and how to use more effectively
The interaction with others and the safe environment to discuss theories and activities to support me, my team and in direct team members
Very - all mapped out, but flexible where needed
Line manager was great, supported where needed and allowed the time to complete.
Milestones set and reviews took place, sometimes at the right time to support the projects and actions needed
I feel i have more confidence with how i can use different approaches and actions to support the teams, with the ability to test and review also - has helped with some recent project management too
As a company, we do a lot! but the additional focus and recognition the apprentices and people on program had was great. having events to recognize success is a great touch too!

With 20 years service, i have enjoyed every minute! Sure other do and will if they start!
