  • Very well, with the right coach. Current coach is great at keeping me on track

  • Not a lot. My line manager is great but her manager believes everything should be done in one’s own time which I don’t feel an apprenticeship should be

  • So much, it’s broadened my mind to see different viewpoints and how different leadership styles affect businesses
