Shift supervisor, oversee hiring and inductions of new team members, collaborate on live ents and charity fundraising

Learnt a lot about myself and learn a lot about hospitality in terms or leadership styles, legislation and people management.

I’ve loved it and can't wait to do more

Very well, with the right coach. Current coach is great at keeping me on track

Not a lot. My line manager is great but her manager believes everything should be done in one’s own time which I don’t feel an apprenticeship should be

Loads of support

So much, it’s broadened my mind to see different viewpoints and how different leadership styles affect businesses
