I enjoyed the programme and it gave me many skills that I use day to day.
The programme was well structured.
My employer gave me all the support I needed throughout my apprenticeship, alongside creating opportunities for me to stretch my development and utilize the skills I learnt.
The training provider was helpful in preparing for the end point assessment and delivering the content.
It definitely helps me perform better and a marked difference has been noticed by my colleagues and managers.
Social events include regular socials on payday, summer and christmas parties which go all out. Development days, charity events and lots of opportunities to expand your network and get exposure to the wider business.
