My role is varied from project work to training and facilitating to all different roles within M&B. projects can include creating/amending content, feedback, and delivering courses so coaching is a really big part of my role which is where my apprenticeship is really helping me develop those skills.
Coaching, time management, QAing, righting TAP.cert content, using different programs and software as well as giving and receiving feedback. I have learnt new skills around using different models and theories, when its best to use them in what scenarios and how they can support to. I have also learnt a lot around reflective practice which i use every day.
i really enjoy my program and would recommend to all, i have learnt new skills, developed existing skills, my confidence has grown i have been able to network with other people in the company but also externally to creating some great relationships. I'm really excited to see what the future holds but the support has been amazing to.
Very organized, we have dates for workshops at the beginning, all tools needed before hand, expectations clearly explained and reflection pieces as well as recaps, check-ins and meetings to
LOTS! i honestly couldn't ask for any more, they give me time to work on my apprenticeship and checkin with me often to
Lots, always at the end of an email if i have a question or to support me if i get stuck with something,
very well, like i said previously i have learnt new skills and developed other all i use everyday not only in my job but also in everyday life to
Drinks socials, Christmas party's, summer party's, vendor days, coffee mornings, quiz nights, diversity and inclusion events, wellness events and I'm sure there's many more i just cant think of them all apologies.

i love everything about M&B. visions, values, support, networking, events, socials, benefits and the fact i feel like a values human being not just a pay role number, they actually listen, support and value my thoughts and opinions there's so many opportunities to develop, learn and grow to.
just apply, you wont regret it, i have loved every moment and am continuing to love my journey to there are so many development opportunities for yourself and career, skills, knowledge as well as perks and benefits but if you want to feel valued, feel like your being herd, make an impact then apply you wont be disappointed.
