  • 1. Please give an overview of your role and what this involves on a day-to-day basis:
  • my job role wasn't a drop down option so I chose "operations and logistics". In my day-to-day role, I monitor the Responsible Business inbox, triaging and responding to both external and internal enquiries. These range from volunteering and fundraising requests to external requests from charities seeking fundraising or corporate partnerships. I work closely with the volunteering and pro bono manager to organise and facilitate skills-based volunteering programmes for over 3,000 colleagues. As a general Responsible Business (RB) colleague, I also collaborate with our diversity and inclusion manager and environmental manager to collect and report data on gender pay gaps and greenhouse gas (GHG) emissions in our offices.
