My day-to-day role is primarily data driven – taking ownership of regular governance reporting and monitoring as well as combining and compiling data from different areas of the business and modelling various calculated outcomes based on this data
Soft skills such as how to communicate with different stakeholders. Programming and coding skills
It's amazing, I'm learning so much and being able to get hands on experience is invaluable.
Clearly structured, a lot of support to help you balance the schedule and the structure.
The support from L&G is abundant, there are so many avenues to take if you need support.
Decoded are excellent, the frequent one to one calls with your LSC means you are always striving towards improvement and you have that underlying contact for any support you may need.
I am able to start making current processes more efficient as a result of new skills I am learning.
