My current role is to create data visualizations for our clients, showing ITIL information.
Yes, developed some new skills for data analysis.
The programme offered by Multiverse was well paced and the coaches were knowledgeable on the subject.
It was well organized with goals set at the start of the programme.
I received support when required.
This started well, although there was a change to the coach and there was no support until the end of the programme. This meant I completed the work without any course support for around 3 months.
This has helped me become more confident when discussing more complex data requirements.
