Day-to-day tasks include checking and sending emails, conducting site visits, making phone calls to subcontractors, reviewing measurements, assisting with valuations, and supporting procurement and cost reporting.
Yes. I have learnt loads and there is so much more for me to learn to.
It has been good overall. You are supported well etc. But it is hard long days.
The programme is very well organised
You have a mentor, line manager at Kier and at uni a mentor and a apprentice coach. So lots of support.
Enough. Not loads, could do with improving.
I feel some subjects have been irrelevant to the day to day tasks that a QS does, but i guess thats education for you.
Not loads. It heavily depends on what ur project team is like. If you push yourself there are chances to network and go to events. But it does need working on.
