I love it, I feel like I get given great support and learn something new every day.
Very well structured, it is set out months/years in advance so I know what I will be doing and when I will be doing it.
I receive lots of support, from the early careers team to my managers and colleagues.
I receive a lot from them, they have well structured training programmes and have a dedicated help line for if I get stuck with anything.
It gives me a good understanding of what I am doing day to day and I can also use skills I have learned in my role for my qualification.
There is a sports and social committee which organises multiple events each month, and I am part of this which lets me improve my planning skills and meet new people.
Yes
They give great support and career progression.
