  • 1. Please give an overview of your role and what this involves on a day-to-day basis:
  • calling and emailing shippers dealing with disputes and issues, whether that be collections, IT related, claims, customer service etc. then we have to do our check-in calls answer the phone on our landline system. the day does vary, as sometimes it could be ongoing issues your dealing with.

  • 2. Have you learnt any new skills or developed existing skills?
  • i have developed my confidence talking to new people, networking, presentation skills, being more resilient and resourceful that i noticed i use in my day to day work life.

  • 3. To what extent do you enjoy your programme?
  • i do really enjoy it, especially the fact i have the opportunity to work with other apprentices and graduates so we can learn from each other

  • 4. How well organised/structured is your programme?
  • i like the structure, how we had a certain amount of time to do online learning so we can enter gateway, then the 5000 word right up is given in a reasonable time frame to complete as well as the prep for the presentation/ professional discussion

  • 5. How much support do you receive from your employer?
  • i receive support whenever i need it which is great, i can message or call my manager if needed but my colleagues are equally helpful which i appreciate.

  • the same as my employer, i have the same support from my training provider

  • 7. How well do you feel that your qualification (through your training provider) helps you to perform better in your role?
  • i am certain i can pass the course, it is just my distinction that i want to focus on and aim for but i have people around to help if needed, but i have already done some mocks that have aided me as i was able to receive some good feedback

  • not that i know of

  • 9a. Would you recommend Evri to a friend?
  • Yes


  • 9b. Why?
  • great apprenticeship programme, support colleagues, great work environment, adaptable environment and flexible with allowing people to work at home etc.


  • 10. What tips or advice would you give to others applying to Evri?
  • be yourself, be prepared for the fast moving industry logistics is as some people may not like this.
