  • Day to Day involves looking at different parts of the accounts, completing procedures set by the firm so we can gain assurance over those areas

  • Excel skills and how to talk in corporate settings have improved massively.

  • I enjoy some aspects of the work, but it can be repetitive. Revising whilst working isn't the easiest either

  • 4. How well organised/structured is your programme?
  • The programme is poorly structured due to the Early careers team. When you first start, there is too much information which is not broken down into digestible chunks. Many of the guidance I have received is from colleagues which makes the experience easier.

  • Employer does give study fays, but very few

  • 6. How much support do you receive from your training provider when working towards your qualifications?
  • They do provide study days, and pay for the tuition but queries with early careers often take a long time to receive a response, which isn't helpful.

  • It does help in several areas- especially understanding why the work we are completing is important
