  • An overview of my role is that I am within Inside Sales. Some of the day to day activities are processing orders for our customers, looking at order reports, finding Estimated Delivery Dates and Proof of deliveries for our customers. As well as this we need to liaising with internal and external teams. I would also have a study day once a week, which would be task sheets from Babington.

  • 4. How well organised/structured is your programme?
  • The programme is structured well with you having one day for your studies and four days working on the job a week. There are a lot to learn on the job, however the company are good at organising training on areas we need to learn, know and develop. Having that one day for studies as well gives you a good work and study balance as you know you can focus that one day on getting things done from task sheets and more. When it comes towards the assessment time this is organised quite well in terms of the programme more time to work on preparing for these assessments.
