  • I am a Senior Policy Group Leader, in charge of 3 Teams of approx. 18 -20 people.

  • yes my skills have been updated, providing me with current information and research, the reflective elements I believe have been wholly positive and improved my management and leadership practice

  • It been a challenge but rewarding too

  • There has been some repetition and some of the modules could have been compressed, however the lecturers have been mostly helpful ad supporting

  • My employer has been excellent, they provide the time and my line manager in particular has been excellent , and interested in my development within my coursework

  • 6. How much support do you receive from your training provider when working towards your qualifications?
  • The materials are adequate, I believe that more can be done to help the students write in the correct manner and often help them break bad writing habits.

  • 7. How well do you feel that your qualification (through your training provider) helps you to perform better in your role?
  • I've enjoyed updating my knowledge and skills, which are clearly transferable to my role and that of my teams.

  • There are and I am connected to the networks that are most relevant to me

  • Wide variety of work, good opportunities, supported learning and development and my employer DWP (is an ethical employer).

  • Keep at it, don't be discouraged it may take a few attempted to land the role you want
